One City Plaza Sold Out: Limited Residences Available in Two City Plaza

Kolter Property Company’s One City Plaza is sold out, with all of its condominiums, penthouses and lofts under contract. Construction is underway on the West Palm Beach highrise with completion scheduled for next year.
But Kolter’s Two City Plaza, which opened for sales earlier this year because of the brisk sales of One City Plaza, still has Manhattan style condominiums, urban lofts and penthouses available, although the inventory is dwindling, according to Steve Marcantonio, Kolter’s director of sales.
